Strategy Execution Manager (FinTech)

What you will do

• Oversee governance projects and monitor adherence to company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate with Audit, Risk, Compliance, Corporate Strategy, and business teams to close regulatory findings on time and in full.
• Manage stakeholder mapping, communications, presentations, and reports for strategic projects and partnerships.
• Facilitate board operations, including meeting agendas, presentations, scheduling, communication, and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Prepare governance metrics and executive reports while supporting the communication of governance requirements.
• Drive team engagement and enablement through process improvements, standardization, and team-building activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Governance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business governance or a related role, including addressing governance issues.
• Strong leadership, communication, people management, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to drive process change.
