What you will do
- Analyze the applicability and impact of regulatory policies and rules across Asset & Wealth Management business areas.
- Assess new regulations, industry mandates, and regulatory risk remediation requirements.
- Manage the risk and regulatory solutions pipeline and coordinate implementation of operational and technology-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with Legal & Compliance, the three lines of defense, COOs, business partners, regulatory experts, and other stakeholders.
- Lead strategic cross-divisional discussions and build senior stakeholder relationships.
- Use governance tools and project methodologies to support timely delivery of analyses and agreed solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in regulatory solutions, management consulting, or a related field, including active involvement in risk and regulatory assessments and implementations.
- Understanding of investment products and the asset management and/or wealth management operating model and ecosystems.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Project management experience, including defining business cases and scope and articulating issues, challenges, risks, dependencies, and solutions.
- Proven track record of supporting the design and execution of solutions for complex problems.
- Ability to manage and advance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
