Associate Product Manager (Unsecured Lending)

What you will do

• Support lending product initiatives, including product enhancements, pricing optimization, credit policy changes, and growth programs.
• Monitor portfolio, funnel, and business performance to identify opportunities to improve loan volume, profitability, customer acquisition, and customer experience.
• Manage strategic initiatives end to end, from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment through implementation and post-launch review.
• Collaborate with Product, Credit Risk, BI, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and external stakeholders.
• Analyse performance data and create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Explore AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in banking, fintech, business analytics, product management, or project management.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with a data-driven mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to work proactively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
