Technician II-Equipment (CVD)

Location: Gresham, Oregon, United States; onsite back night compressed work week shift, Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday, 6:15 PM–6:30 AM

What you will do

• Maintain and repair Applied Centura RTP equipment.
• Assist with Novellus C2s, Novellus Sabres, and Watkins Johnson equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and mechanical problems.
• Read mechanical prints and electrical/electronic schematics.
• Document maintenance activities and follow procedures and instructions.
• Participate as a reliable team member with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• AA degree in a technical field, or equivalent semiconductor, military, or technical training.
• 0–2 years of equipment maintenance experience performing preventive maintenance on AMAT tools, or equivalent technical military experience.
• Strong organizational, documentation, writing, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
• Must participate in the Fab 4 Emergency Response Team and meet its physical requirements, including medical clearance and fit testing for a tight-fitting SCBA full-face respirator.
• Must be able to work safely with electrical, mechanical, liquid, gas, radiation, fumes, dust, and other manufacturing hazards; must lift, push, pull, and carry approximately 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with AMAT RTP tools.
• Additional experience in other semiconductor fab maintenance areas.
