Partnership Leader (Data Centers)

Location: Virtual, based in Davidson, North Carolina, United States

Annual base salary: $113,600–$235,500. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commissions.

What you will do

• Define and execute the partnership strategy for the data center business.
• Own strategic alliances with technology partners such as NVIDIA, including reference designs, product roadmap alignment, and joint go-to-market campaigns.
• Identify, evaluate, and commercialize new business models and revenue streams.
• Lead executive collaboration platforms with hyperscale and colocation operators to shape system offerings around high-density compute roadmaps.
• Build relationships with industry consortiums, standards bodies, and sustainability organizations focused on data center efficiency and decarbonization.
• Drive accountability and results across partnership and business development objectives and key results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Proven experience structuring, negotiating, and managing complex, high-value partnerships, joint development agreements, memoranda of understanding, or go-to-market alliances.
• Extensive experience in business development, strategic alliances, or corporate strategy, preferably in technology.
• Engineering background in data center or high-tech design is required.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical ability, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to speak and write in English. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLC controls.
• Experience with onsite power generation or backup power distribution.
• Knowledge of HVAC products, components, and systems.
• Background in thermal or fluid energy and controls.
