Digitalization and Process Analyst – Sourcing

Location: Hybrid work with remote work and on-site presence at the office in Stockholm, Sweden; conditions listed as Purchasing hirify.global Sweden Nacka.

What you will do

• Own assigned sourcing processes and applications, including governance, development needs and roadmaps.
• Facilitate process reviews, analyze gaps and identify improvement opportunities across functions and divisions.
• Translate insights from sourcing teams, best practices and benchmarking into process updates, business cases, training needs and tool improvements.
• Work with IS/IT and external partners on systems, data flows and digital architecture connected to sourcing.
• Contribute to data governance and explore opportunities to use AI in sourcing.
• Support the integration of newly acquired companies into sourcing processes and tools.

Requirements

• Experience in process development, sourcing, supply chain, operations, business development or a similar improvement-focused area.
• Ability to structure complex processes and turn analysis into practical action.
• Experience working with stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, practical solutions and recommendations.
• Experience with systems, data flows, digital tools or application ownership is valuable.
• Good English communication skills are required.
