Junior Country Pricing Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid, Nacka Strand, Sweden

What you will do

• Plan and execute pricing actions to drive online sales, margins, and customer intake in the designated country.
• Monitor, forecast, and improve transactional sales performance from local and European market perspectives.
• Ensure an attractive and profitable local online offer by monitoring the competitive landscape.
• Define, measure, and follow up on KPIs related to online sales performance.
• Connect local teams with category management, ecommerce specialists, and group functions to support scalable local adaptation.
• Improve systems, processes, and pricing best practices with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in working with large data sets.
• Commercial mindset, curiosity, self-motivation, hands-on approach, and strong communication skills.
• Required languages: Swedish and English.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with local teams, group functions, and senior management.

Nice to have

• Project management capabilities.
• Experience in ecommerce or retail.
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, or generative AI.
