Product Specialist

What you will do

• Act as a product specialist and subject-matter expert from the user and business perspective.
• Support country teams and superusers by responding to feedback, questions, and requests.
• Coordinate the rollout of new functionality across multiple countries and conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
• Create and manage Jira stories, tasks, documentation, and work prioritization.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders, perform functional testing, and contribute to agile process improvements.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into business requirements.
• Experience creating and managing Jira stories and tasks.
• Ability to communicate with end users, superusers, and technical development teams.
• Experience with functional testing and working in an agile environment.
