GTM Operations Associate

Location: On-site in Los Angeles, Boston, or Stockholm

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, with potential bonuses, long-term incentives, PTO, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Scope requirements for go-to-market initiatives and turn open-ended business requests into sequenced launch specifications.
• Design end-to-end processes, including steps, owners, handoffs, and stage-transition criteria.
• Configure systems, fields, triggers, integrations, and automation supporting each workflow.
• Create documentation, playbooks, and training materials for commercial teams.
• Lead rollouts, train users, and support adoption during the first weeks after launch.
• Track adoption and business impact through dashboards, then iterate on underperforming workflows.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, Sales or Marketing Ops, or Strategy & Ops at a technology company or fast-growing startup.
• Hands-on ownership of workflows used by other teams.
• Strong fluency with modern technology stacks, automation tools, and integrations.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business requests into scoped requirements, MVPs, and practical solutions.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder initiatives to deadlines with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, curious, and comfortable driving adoption without direct management authority.
