Senior Product Portfolio Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Turn portfolio data, initiative context, and business signals into self-service insights and decision tools for prioritization, investment, and sequencing.
• Build predictive models and scenario analyses covering portfolio outcomes, trade-offs, and opportunity costs.
• Develop recommendations for capital allocation, ROI tracking, and benefits realization across products.
• Use AI-powered knowledge management and portfolio insight to support product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Analyze recurring organizational friction and translate ambiguous requirements into scalable processes, operating models, and adopted capabilities.
• Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents, automated workflows, data products, and decision-support tools for the product management organization.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, portfolio management, product management, or a closely related field, with knowledge of planning, roadmapping, prioritization, or portfolio governance.
• Strong financial and commercial fluency, including portfolio scenario modeling, trade-off analysis, opportunity-cost assessment, ROI, and benefits realization.
• Ability to convert complex prioritization and sequencing questions into clear data, evidence, and actionable options.
• Practical experience using modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to improve analysis and decision-making.
• Ability to clarify ambiguous requirements, align stakeholders, and enable teams through self-service tools, clear processes, and AI-enabled ways of working.

Nice to have

• Experience building or configuring AI agents, workflows, self-service tools, MCP-style integrations, Copilot solutions, or low-code agent platforms.
• Understanding of software development in an AI-assisted environment and ability to partner effectively with engineering.
• Experience in enterprise software or B2B SaaS product organizations.
• Familiarity with portfolio management frameworks, data governance, anonymization, or data-sharing agreements.
