Junior System/Business Analyst (Integration)

Salary: EUR 1,160–1,200 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed documentation.
• Model business processes with BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes.
• Support backlog refinement and manage roadmap, priorities, scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, lead demos and reviews, and validate delivered increments.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, product performance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a System Analyst and experience with product teams or product-focused educational projects.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Basic SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, gRPC, application logging, Git, and the SDLC.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Project management background.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow and process automation platforms.
