Junior System/Business Analyst

Salary: EUR 1,160–1,200 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
• Model business processes with BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes.
• Support backlog refinement, roadmap and priority management, and scope trade-off decisions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, and lead demos and reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, product performance, risks, dependencies, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience as a System Analyst.
• Experience in product teams or product-focused educational projects.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Basic SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or a similar relational database.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, Git, and SDLC; understanding of microservices, distributed systems, gRPC, logging, and troubleshooting.
• English: Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Project Management background.
• Experience with Camunda or similar workflow and process automation platforms.
