TL;DR
Analyst Senior, Implementation - Debit Experience (Debit Processing/Payments): Leading end-to-end debit platform implementations and migrations for financial institutions with an accent on client support, system configuration, data mapping, and conversion readiness. Focus on configuring BINs, card programs, limits, fees, and transaction controls, validating SIT and UAT results, and executing low-risk cutovers with post-conversion stabilization.
Location: US WI MKE 4900, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Hybrid schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with onsite work required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Standard business hours with flexibility during implementations; weekends and overtime are required during critical conversion and cutover periods. Travel is up to 10–15%.

What you will do
- Lead client implementations and debit platform migrations from project initiation through post-go-live stabilization.
- Partner with financial institutions to define products and configure BINs, card programs, limits, fees, and transaction controls.
- Analyze and map client data into technical specifications for accurate system configuration and conversion.
- Create and validate transaction workflows and conversion mappings across platforms, including Payments One Debit.
- Drive SIT, UAT, readiness reviews, training, client sign-off, and cutover support.
- Troubleshoot migration issues, validate balancing and outputs, and provide ongoing client support.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in payments, debit processing, or financial services implementations.
- Strong expertise in debit authorization, clearing, settlement, and transaction flows.
- Experience with client configuration, data mapping, data validation, and system conversion execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Payments One Debit or similar debit platforms.
- Experience with EFT switch migrations or core/payment processor conversions.
- Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging and transaction-level data flows.
- Banking or debit card operations experience.
