Implementation Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Office-based in Boise, United States, with work from home Fridays

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation of new clients onto the Clearwater platform and service model.
• Assess client requirements and customize solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver comprehensive client training on the Clearwater platform.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks clearly and escalate risks to the Project Manager.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide consultancy throughout the implementation process.
• Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships while providing accurate and timely responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including basic formulas and formatting, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures, securities or financial markets, and project management is preferred.
