What you will do

• Lead integration management efforts and coordinate internal and external stakeholders for go-live readiness.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and proactively resolve issues to meet integration milestones.
• Develop and execute physician recruitment and staffing strategies aligned with operational needs.
• Oversee practice operations, including scheduling, staffing optimization, and demand vs. supply management.
• Manage complex client relationships and navigate high-stakes situations with diplomacy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently.
