Manager of Operations & Integrations

Location: Remote; U.S.-based healthcare practice with U.S.-specific employment and benefits references

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

hirify.global is a physician-led and physician-owned U.S. radiology practice serving hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and referring physicians nationwide.

What you will do

• Lead integration management initiatives across varying levels of complexity and coordinate internal and external stakeholders through go-live readiness.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication, resolve issues, identify risks, and escalate critical blockers.
• Develop staffing and physician recruitment strategies with leadership to support operational and integration needs.
• Oversee practice operations strategy, including physician scheduling, staffing optimization, and demand-versus-supply management.
• Partner with leadership and field operations to manage complex client relationships and sensitive, high-stakes situations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of project management experience; CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex information.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-directed approach and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
