hirify.global is a digital health company operating a data-driven virtual health platform; CareLinx connects families with non-medical and in-home caregivers.

What you will do

• Conduct caregiver interviews, represent the CareLinx platform, and manage and negotiate job offers.
• Coordinate caregiver and member matches, available shifts, scheduling, placements, and program requirements.
• Build trusted caregiver relationships through regular communication, check-ins, coaching, and ongoing support.
• Partner with onboarding, care advisory, and enablement teams to prepare caregivers for their first shifts and address barriers to successful care delivery.
• Train caregivers on platform updates, policies, best practices, and available growth opportunities.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Empathy, patience, adaptability, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
