Location: Dallas, TX; hybrid schedule with office attendance on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Compensation: $20–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Use internal databases, internet resources, and AI tools to locate potential resources for members.
• Research, map, contact by phone, and pre-screen providers based on member-specific case requirements.
• Assess whether providers’ services are appropriate for the member’s needs.
• Meet weekly case productivity and quality standards to support member satisfaction.
• Maintain timely, detailed, and accurate case documentation, statuses, processes, and results.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage daily workflows and meet member case SLAs.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to team needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with case management systems such as Salesforce or Amazon Connect (AWS).
