What you will do
- Manage client and broker relationships throughout the lifecycle, ensuring regular touchpoints and proactive feedback.
- Serve as a product expert and specialty care advocate, guiding clients through features and best practices.
- Coordinate engagement marketing initiatives, including open enrollment events, webinars, and case studies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on client objectives.
- Partner with Client Executives to identify churn risks and drive upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Own service issue resolution end-to-end, investigating root causes and implementing preventative improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of client relationship or account management experience in employee benefits, healthcare, or consulting.
- Must have at least one year of experience in a startup environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%-25%.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Background in Health Plan, TPA, Insurance, or benefits.
