What you will do

  • Manage client and broker relationships throughout the lifecycle, ensuring regular touchpoints and proactive feedback.
  • Serve as a product expert and specialty care advocate, guiding clients through features and best practices.
  • Coordinate engagement marketing initiatives, including open enrollment events, webinars, and case studies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on client objectives.
  • Partner with Client Executives to identify churn risks and drive upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Own service issue resolution end-to-end, investigating root causes and implementing preventative improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of client relationship or account management experience in employee benefits, healthcare, or consulting.
  • Must have at least one year of experience in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%-25%.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • Background in Health Plan, TPA, Insurance, or benefits.
