Mixing Technician / Chemical Operator (Advanced Electronics)

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, United States; onsite work on second or third shift

What you will do

• Safely and efficiently mix chemical-material batches by adding raw materials into mixing pots.
• Follow quality and safety systems and standards.
• Handle hazardous raw materials and products with appropriate care.
• Monitor process conditions and mixing equipment.
• Maintain a clean work area and support clean manufacturing practices.
• Work second or third shifts, with moderate overtime during the week and occasional Saturdays.

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work with glues, solvents, and chemicals.
• Ability to work in a restricted, electrically classified area containing flammable and combustible materials.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read simple work instructions, engineering drawings, and company policies, and perform basic addition and subtraction.
• Good or corrected eyesight, attention to detail, and willingness to wear required personal protective equipment.

Nice to have

• Fork truck operating experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or clean room.
