TL;DR
Process Technician - Contract (Semiconductor Process Engineering): Performing R&D process tests, setting up processing equipment, and preparing test-run data to identify yield problems and evaluate new products with an accent on equipment operation, data recording, and process support. Focus on maintaining process equipment, assisting engineering personnel, and working safely with chemicals, electrical systems, high voltage, and other hazardous conditions.
Location: Hillsboro, Oregon, United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

What you will do
- Perform technical tests and experiments for R&D process engineering.
- Set up and operate processing equipment for test runs.
- Prepare records, charts, and graphs of test results for engineering review.
- Support process development and engineering personnel with technical assistance.
- Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance on process equipment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or at least 2 years of related experience.
- Military technical training and field experience may substitute for an Associate's degree.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is required.
- Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined cleanroom areas and use required personal protective equipment.
