Sustainability and Compliance Program Manager

What you will do

• Define and implement Design for Environment goals with R&D and engineering teams.
• Lead product compliance strategies for global regulatory and voluntary requirements.
• Influence product design decisions and identify environmental performance improvements across hardware and supplies portfolios.
• Track and analyze progress against environmental targets throughout product development and sustaining phases.
• Interpret evolving regulations and translate them into actionable product portfolio requirements.
• Lead moderately complex programs covering scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Typically 3+ years of experience in product compliance, sustainability, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and ecolabel requirements, including RoHS, Energy Star, EPEAT, and Blue Angel.
• Strong project and program management, data analysis, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Smartsheet.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global environment and the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment methodologies.
• Experience with both hardware and supplies product ecosystems.
• Familiarity with sustainability strategy and regulatory trends.
• Experience using advanced analytics or AI tools.
• Multilingual capability, such as Korean or German.
