What you will do
- Govern global industrial hygiene programs and ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex regulations into practical site-level expectations and partner with EHS and engineering teams to close compliance gaps.
- Provide technical guidance for exposure concerns, investigations, and control failures.
- Monitor program effectiveness using dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis to identify emerging risks.
- Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, benchmarking, and cross-site knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial hygiene (or 3+ years with a Master's degree).
- Demonstrated expertise in evaluating chemical exposures and toxicological risks.
- Experience with EHS management systems, audits, and compliance assurance processes.
- Proven ability to support multi-site or global EHS programs.
- Strong technical proficiency in developing and implementing industrial hygiene policies.
Nice to have
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent professional certification.
- Experience in semiconductor or similarly complex manufacturing environments.
- Background in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance safety culture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making across all levels.
