What you will do

• Govern global industrial hygiene programs and ensure alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Translate complex regulations into practical site-level expectations and partner with EHS and engineering teams to close compliance gaps.
• Provide technical guidance for exposure concerns, investigations, and control failures.
• Monitor program effectiveness using dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis to identify emerging risks.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, benchmarking, and cross-site knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial hygiene (or 3+ years with a Master's degree).
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating chemical exposures and toxicological risks.
• Experience with EHS management systems, audits, and compliance assurance processes.
• Proven ability to support multi-site or global EHS programs.
• Strong technical proficiency in developing and implementing industrial hygiene policies.

Nice to have

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience in semiconductor or similarly complex manufacturing environments.
• Background in coaching and mentoring teams to enhance safety culture.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence decision-making across all levels.
