Enterprise Program Manager (Pharmaceutical GMP)

Location: Remote within Ireland, with the role based in Cork; occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.

What you will do

• Own country-level Enterprise and LED/LPS program success.
• Develop business plans with Sales and grow strategic enterprise accounts.
• Implement integrated enterprise contract solutions and manage customer retention, growth, and satisfaction.
• Coordinate Sales, Service Delivery, LED, and local teams.
• Build scalable tools, processes, and delivery models for new customer sites.
• Manage plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, milestones, financial reporting, and stakeholder updates.

Requirements

• Advanced account and relationship management experience.
• Experience in customer service delivery management and enterprise-wide solution deployment.
• Project management qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of Quality Control and pharmaceutical GMP environments.
• Cross-functional leadership, team development, influencing, diplomacy, and client-facing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language is required. Data analytics and interpretation skills are also required.
