What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, resource plans, and detailed schedules.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor performance using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, and vendor contract negotiation.
• Facilitate regular status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings for stakeholders.
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and mentor junior project managers.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive project management experience in IT, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and AI agent frameworks (e.g., Manus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in the USA (Colorado mentioned).
