Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (Semiconductor)

Salary: $147,000–$196,500 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Own execution of technical workstreams and ensure delivery on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
• Provide technical direction and decision-making support for performance, quality, and reliability across the Advanced Deposition Materials portfolio.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and resolution throughout development and execution phases.
• Improve sampling and new product development execution to reduce cycle time and strengthen manufacturing readiness and customer adoption.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Program Managers.
• Coordinate technical deliverables, milestones, KPIs, process improvements, and customer requirements across Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or product development environment.
• Expert knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and technical fluency in Advanced Deposition chemistry, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Experience with technical projects, engineering workflows, development lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, stakeholder management, and project closure.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally, estimated at 10–25%; immigration sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in advanced deposition or managing new product development programs for semiconductor fabrication.
