TL;DR
Program Manager (Enterprise Technology Transformation): Leading complex, large-scale technology projects and enterprise transformation programs from initiation through delivery with an accent on scope, budget, resources, risks, quality, and executive stakeholder management. Focus on coordinating interconnected workstreams, resolving critical delivery issues, leading steering committees, and optimizing cross-border teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work options available

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and enterprise transformation programs.
- Own program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, quality, and delivery commitments.
- Manage multiple interconnected projects and workstreams within large-scale programs.
- Serve as the primary delivery interface for strategic customers and senior internal stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, manage escalations, and resolve critical delivery issues.
- Lead Steering Committee meetings and executive program reviews while optimizing onshore, nearshore, and offshore resource allocation.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in program management, project management, or PMO within enterprise technology environments.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional, cross-border IT projects with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Experience with business transformation, software development, or cloud infrastructure.
- Expert knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills required.
Nice to have
- PRINCE2, ITIL, MSP, or PMP certification.
- Experience across banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, automotive, or public-sector projects.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
