Drug Discovery Program Leader

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with up to two remote days per week

What you will do

• Lead multiple drug discovery programs from target identification through hit and lead optimization.
• Define program strategies, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans aligned with pipeline priorities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across chemistry, biology, computational sciences, AI, and platform functions.
• Drive scientific decisions, including prioritization, go/no-go recommendations, and strategic pivots.
• Assess and mitigate scientific, operational, and pipeline risks while managing resources and execution bottlenecks.
• Build high-performing cross-functional teams and promote continuous improvement and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of consulting experience and/or 6+ years of project management experience in a fast-growing environment.
• Master’s degree in a scientific field such as engineering, machine learning, chemistry, or biology.
• Objective-driven mindset with strong organization, commitment, and initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment and coach people from diverse backgrounds.
