Shipping Lead

TL;DR

Shipping Lead (Logistics): Coordinating outbound shipping activities and documentation at the Manchester plant with an accent on accuracy, scheduling, and inventory reconciliation. Focus on managing daily shipment flows, maintaining ERP records, and serving as the primary communication hub between operations and external logistics partners.

Location: Must be based in Manchester, NH (On-site)

What you will do

• Review daily order schedules and prepare documentation for truckload, LTL, and parcel shipments.
• Coordinate shipment timing with internal teams and communicate staging priorities to the shipping team.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory transactions using NetSuite and Excel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact at the dock for drivers, vendors, and visitors.
• Manage incoming deliveries and coordinate outbound packages for plant personnel.
• Support the Supply Chain Manager with logistics reporting and day-to-day coordination.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a distribution environment.
• Must be available for consistent on-site presence in Manchester, NH.
• Must be available for occasional overtime, including Saturdays.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
