Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to meet customer delivery and warehousing requirements.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, handling, and shipping of finished and purchased products.
• Manage accurate inventory control through daily checks, cycle counts, and SAP ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Sales teams to optimize material flow and minimize handling.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, lead safety meetings, and promote a safe work environment.
• Resolve vendor-related receipt discrepancies and handle warehouse-related customer complaints.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have valid work authorization for the USA.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license.
• High School or GED diploma required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and operating a forklift.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience in the separation industry.
• International logistics and vendor management experience.
