Warehouse Lead

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support Materials Specialists in daily warehouse operations.
• Direct training and reinforce standard operating procedures, productivity, accuracy, safety, and compliance.
• Perform shipping, receiving, material staging, kitting, inventory transactions, and material movement.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, inventory documentation, and material accuracy initiatives.
• Organize products, label storage locations, and maintain warehouse cleanliness and structure.
• Act as the floor supervisor during the Materials Manager’s absence and communicate shortages or process issues to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of warehouse, materials, or logistics experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with inventory systems, cycle counting, and material flow.
• Strong organizational, communication, and team-accountability skills.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment; certifications are preferred.
• For ITAR/EAR-restricted work, proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence is required, and candidates must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization.
