Community Manager, French Speaking (Contract)

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the French market, users, local moderators, and growth opportunities.
• Build, recruit, educate, and grow a local moderator community.
• Design conversion funnels to onboard power users and external creators as active moderators.
• Iterate, innovate, and scale international consumer growth programs.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, define KPIs, and communicate insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and Business Development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting.
• Track record of community-led projects that delivered business impact.
• Deep knowledge of French culture, current events, politics, customs, language, internet culture, and social dynamics.
• Proficiency in French and English is required.
• Strong persuasive communication, execution, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
