Social Media Community Manager (AI): Building H Company’s social media, leadership communications, and long-form content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Substack, developer channels, and newsletters with an accent on translating AI research, product releases, and enterprise use cases into clear stories. Focus on growing engaged enterprise and developer communities, managing executive reputations, designing editorial initiatives, and optimizing campaigns through analytics.
Location: Hybrid in Paris (Grands Boulevards) or London (St Pancras), with office attendance an average of 3 days per week

What you will do
- Own the company’s social media voice and content strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Hugging Face, Discord, and other relevant developer channels.
- Develop and manage social media strategies for company leadership, including daily account activity, targeted interactions, and reputation management.
- Translate AI research, Holo model releases, benchmark results, and enterprise customer use cases into clear, accurate content.
- Plan and publish weekly posts, threads, short videos, launch campaigns, event coverage, newsletters, Substack content, and technical blog posts.
- Build community engagement and growth programs with measurable objectives for followers, reach, engagement rate, and interaction quality.
- Track content performance, define KPIs, identify trends, and coordinate with research, product, sales, public affairs, marketing, design, and leadership.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in social media, content, or communications, ideally in B2B technology, AI, or a fast-growing startup.
- Native-level English with excellent writing and storytelling skills, plus a portfolio of work.
- Strong interest in AI and the ability to explain complex technical topics to different audiences.
- Experience running campaigns and using analytics to improve content performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with research, product, sales, and leadership teams.
- High level of trustworthiness when managing the personal reputation of senior executives.

- Short-form video editing experience.
- Community management experience with developers.
- French language skills.
