Community & Events Manager (Crypto)

Location: Remote-first work-from-home arrangement for the Korea, Republic of market; the arrangement may vary depending on the role and team.

What you will do

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies for the local market.
• Build relationships with local communities, users, KOLs, ambassadors, and ecosystem partners.
• Plan and deliver online and offline meetups, workshops, webinars, conferences, and community activations.
• Own the full event lifecycle, including concepts, planning, vendor coordination, logistics, on-site execution, and reporting.
• Manage local community channels, campaign localization, and communication activities.
• Track community growth, engagement, feedback, event performance, budgets, and ROI while collaborating with Marketing, Growth, PR, BD, Product, and Compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community management, event marketing, partnerships, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of the local market, communities, cultural nuances, and digital and social platforms.
• Experience planning and executing online and offline events from concept to completion.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Strong Korean communication and copywriting skills, with professional English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on and proactive approach.
