TL;DR
Community Manager (iGaming): Building and maintaining an active player community for a casino brand across Telegram, Discord, and other channels with an accent on daily engagement, moderation, contests, promotions, and player feedback. Focus on identifying recurring issues and reputation risks, coordinating escalations with Customer Support, monitoring competitor communities, and reporting on community growth.
Location: Fully remote; locations listed include Limassol, Cyprus, Lisbon, Madrid, Poland, and Warsaw

What you will do
- Manage daily communication with players across Telegram, Discord, and other community channels.
- Build, grow, and moderate an active community around the casino brand.
- Launch contests, giveaways, community activities, and other engagement mechanics.
- Communicate promotions, tournaments, new games, and product updates.
- Collect player feedback, identify complaints and reputation risks, and coordinate escalations with Customer Support.
- Monitor community sentiment and competitor communities, and report on growth, engagement, and player feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in Community Management, preferably in iGaming, gaming, betting, or crypto.
- Experience managing Telegram and/or Discord communities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate naturally with players.
- Understanding of online casino and player behavior is advantageous.
- Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory.
