Community Manager (Gamedev)

hirify.global is a European game developer and publisher creating and supporting large-scale mobile, PC, and console games across multiple genres.

What you will do

• Engage with players and manage social media groups and communities.
• Develop activity on Discord and Telegram, including finding and configuring bots for server needs.
• Plan and execute activations to increase activity on Discord and Telegram.
• Recruit, coordinate, and maintain the motivation of volunteer moderator teams.
• Prepare, translate, format, and edit high volumes of text and visual content for social media and in-game resources.
• Generate and implement new publication formats, maintain a constructive community atmosphere, address conflicts, analyze user behavior, collect feedback, and prepare regular reports.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Discord and Telegram.
• Successful experience increasing and maintaining activity among Discord and Telegram server members.
• Experience working with volunteers or moderators and maintaining their motivation.
• Knowledge of user motivation and engagement systems.
• Experience in the gaming industry, especially mobile games, strategy games, or collectible card games.
• Creative thinking, communicativeness, stress resistance, multitasking, responsibility, and punctuality.

Nice to have

• Experience independently writing and integrating Discord bots.
