Senior Planner-Engineering

Location: MA - Beverly Tozer, United States. Onsite role with 0%–25% travel. Candidates must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status under U.S. export-control requirements.

Annual base salary: $46,000–$128,000. Total compensation may also include restricted stock units and quarterly bonuses.

What you will do

• Coordinate engineering projects, program requirements, build plans, and material availability for engineering and prototype builds.
• Manage engineering BOMs, MBOMs, item creation, BOM structures, routing, and adoption in AX.
• Oversee EOL and dormant items, inventory status reviews, lifecycle tracking, and inventory disposition with quality and engineering teams.
• Manage intercompany processes, intracompany warehouse transfers, sales order confirmation, and material flow across factories and groups.
• Lead engineering change control and AX settings updates, including safety stock, transaction agreements, and revisions.
• Facilitate engineering collaborative meetings and coordinate production, engineering, purchasing, supply chain, and planning stakeholders.

Requirements

• 9 years of direct planning experience, or 5 years of experience with a relevant bachelor’s degree, or 3 years of experience with a master’s degree.
• Strong negotiation and collaboration skills, including the ability to challenge and refine decisions.
• High-level knowledge of AX/Dynamics AX, Agile, and business structures.
• Ability to cope with uncertainty and make strategic adjustments in builds, BOMs, and routing.
• Technical and engineering knowledge, or the ability to develop expertise in relevant areas.
• Effective communication across production, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Experience with engineering change management, inventory disposition, and forecasting processes.
• Eligibility under U.S. export-control requirements: U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status.
