Senior PLM Business Analyst II (Teamcenter)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's global headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States. U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements and ITAR-related restrictions.

Base salary: $124,500–$155,000 USD per year, plus potential equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer and operate Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including user access, permissions, licensing, servers, patching, upgrades, and integrations.
• Develop and deploy Teamcenter workflows, ACLs, data model customizations, solution designs, and client or server customizations.
• Integrate PLM with Siemens NX, CAD/CAM, ERP, and other engineering and manufacturing systems.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, IT developers, vendors, and administrators to diagnose failures and implement system improvements.
• Improve PLM processes for space-vehicle section and equipment manufacturing, including standardized parts, BOMs, alternate parts, and workflow solutions.
• Support and train engineering users while maintaining documentation for PLM support and concept-to-launch processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience of 12+ years.
• Experience with Teamcenter four-tier and Active Workspace architectures.
• Experience administering Teamcenter on Windows Server, including scripts, Deployment Center, server management, and upgrades.
• Experience with Teamcenter workflows, ACLs, PLMXML administration, change processes, user administration, style sheets, Active Workspace builds, and BMIDE deployments.
• Experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP and CAD applications, plus strong Windows and PowerShell skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to program requirements; U.S. ITAR authorization requirements apply.

• Teamcenter ITK and Services customization experience.
• Teamcenter certification.
• Familiarity with additional Teamcenter integrations.
