TL;DR
Manufacturing Systems Analyst (MES/PLM): Owning enterprise manufacturing software systems, vendor relationships, licensing, access administration, and manufacturing workflows with an accent on component and BOM data quality, integration requirements, and process governance. Focus on configuring manufacturing workflows, resolving system and data-quality issues, and coordinating cross-functional integration and technical support.

Location: San Leandro, California, United States. Access to certain information or technology may require classification as a U.S. Person under U.S. export control laws.

Salary: $133,000–$199,400 USD annual base salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

  • Own assigned enterprise software systems end to end and serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, software licensing, renewals, procurement, allocation, and cost optimization.
  • Administer user access and permissions, including provisioning, deactivation, and periodic access reviews.
  • Define and validate integrations between owned systems and upstream or downstream platforms.
  • Partner with the PLM Administrator to maintain component and BOM data quality, standards, governance, and audit processes.
  • Own the design, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Workflow and its underlying business process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is considered.
  • Experience administering enterprise software systems; MES or related manufacturing systems experience is preferred.
  • General understanding of PLM concepts, including components and BOMs.
  • Experience with vendor and license management, system configuration, and user access administration.
  • Understanding of BOM and component data structures and data governance principles.
  • Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or OEM environment.
