Location: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to travel to the Pittsfield, MA office once every 3 weeks.

Salary: $95,384 - $105,817 per year.

What you will do

• Support requirements, functional, and performance analysis for D5LE2 subsystems.
• Develop and maintain system models and architectures using MBSE tools like Cameo and DOORS.
• Research and analyze vendor products, specifications, and manuals to determine design feasibility.
• Generate technical engineering documentation in compliance with T9001 and SPALT standards.
• Identify and escalate system design weaknesses while proposing technical solutions.
• Support modeling and simulation activities and explore AI applications for process improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required due to facility access and security clearance requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field with 2+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 6 months of experience.
• Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and the system development life cycle.
• Proficiency with requirements management (DOORS) and system modeling (Cameo/MagicDraw) tools.
• Must be able to travel to the Pittsfield, MA office once every 3 weeks.
