What you will do

• Lead PLM strategy, roadmaps, system capabilities, and product data governance across the organization.
• Manage PLM projects and enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.
• Standardize product data, specifications, materials, workflows, and bill of materials management.
• Manage system integrations, upgrades, process improvements, and enterprise-wide product information initiatives.
• Partner with Product Creation, Sourcing, Operations, IT, vendors, and technology partners to resolve complex issues and prioritize enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, training, documentation, and knowledge transfer for PLM users and analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience with PLM/PDM systems, product master data, product development processes, system implementations, business process transformation, or supply chain operations.
• Advanced knowledge of PLM systems, product data management, material specifications, BOM structures, product creation workflows, and commercialization technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise implementations, integrations, upgrades, governance standards, workflows, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed for business initiatives, project activities, and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and related product creation technologies.
