What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective vacuum application customers and OEMs.
• Conduct negotiations with managers, purchasers, engineers, and other customer stakeholders.
• Sell integrated products and services, close deals, and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop current customers, and monitor competitive activities.
• Support sales forecasting and budgets for steel degassing applications.
• Coordinate with service and marketing teams to meet customer expectations and implement account strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical or vacuum technology is preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales experience with a track record of introducing new vacuum and mechanical offerings.
• Strong technical knowledge of vacuum and mechanical applications is preferred.
• Good presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Good written and spoken English; CET-6 is preferred.
• High energy, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
