Sales Engineer (ACDC) (Analog and Mixed-Signal ICs): Building customer and distributor channels for power semiconductor products with an accent on key account development, design-ins, and design-wins. Focus on coordinating sales forecasts, inventory control, product promotion, and new market penetration with FAE and marketing teams.
Location: Shenzhen, China; onsite

What you will do
- Build sales channels and connect with MPS customers.
- Manage and develop key accounts to achieve sales goals and drive new design-ins and design-wins.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with distributors on sales forecasts, customer demand, and inventory control.
- Work with FAE and marketing teams on new product promotion and market penetration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- More than 3 years of experience in sales or marketing of analog or mixed-signal ICs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with solid planning and organizational abilities.
- Good English communication skills are required.
