What you will do

  • Achieve sales budgets and targets for assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers and provide regular reporting.
  • Provide technical support and training specifically for mechanical seals to customers.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the region with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage SAP C4C data maintenance, quotations, and pricing level establishments.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports aligned with financial reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales, service, and engineering.
  • Fluent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
  • Strong leadership, management, and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of flow chart development, streamlines, and business development in sales.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
