Sr System Sales Executive - Mechanical CAE

What you will do

• Manage existing accounts and develop new accounts to drive consistent year-over-year sales growth.
• Take responsibility for key strategic accounts and build collaborative customer relationships.
• Implement solution-selling and strategic-selling methodologies within the sales team.
• Identify and qualify prospective companies, engage decision makers, and grow the mechanical CAE business.
• Work with field technical teams to deliver solutions tailored to prospects and customers.
• Build long-term customer relationships and become a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of sales experience selling mechanical CAE products and services.
• Experience with international CAE companies is preferred.
• Proven success driving new-logo and add-on deals.
• Strong relationship-building skills, technical acumen, and excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Frequent travel is required.
