What you will do

• Lead production support for assigned hirify.global clients and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Resolve critical incidents, manage escalations, and lead issue management activities.
• Act as solution owner for bespoke customer requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide customer training, knowledge transfer, and platform capability presentations.
• Advise customers on compliant platform delivery and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze defects and support continuous improvement and capability development.

Requirements

• 1st class degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience with investment, wealth, life, or pension products and relevant markets.
• Strong technology, analytical, data interpretation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage stakeholders, and own customer outcomes.
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment relevant to the hiring jurisdiction.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft .NET, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, WebAPI, SQL Server, JavaScript, React, or jQuery.
• Web development experience.
• Familiarity with code analysis and automated testing tools.
