Production Support Analyst Lead (Market Data Platforms): Supporting and maintaining real-time market data platforms serving over 120 stock exchanges, 850 customer accounts, and more than 200 servers with an accent on monitoring, availability, low latency, and advanced technical support. Focus on deploying releases, driving platform enhancement projects across data centers and hubs, and handling high-severity incidents.
Location: TUN ARIA 150; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do
- Provide second-level and advanced technical support for real-time market data platforms.
- Support more than 120 stock exchanges and maintain over 850 customer accounts hosted on more than 200 servers.
- Monitor real-time servers to ensure availability and low latency.
- Drive platform enhancement projects covering 2 data centers, 3 hubs, more than 350 Windows/Linux servers, and over 4,500 components.
- Plan and deploy new releases while collaborating with CX, development, network and infrastructure, exchange project management, and trading teams.
- Participate in incident management and handle high-severity incidents.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Windows Server.
- Good experience with incident management and ITIL processes.
- Ability to learn and evaluate new technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English level required for sprint reviews and presentations.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MS Exchange Server.
- Knowledge of SQL Server.
