Senior Production Support Analyst

Location: Tunis, Tunisia; hybrid

What you will do

• Support client requests and provide advanced technical support for real-time market data platforms.
• Monitor servers in real time to maintain availability and low latency across more than 120 stock exchanges.
• Maintain over 850 customer accounts hosted on more than 200 servers.
• Collaborate with CX, development, network and infrastructure, exchange project management, and trading teams.
• Drive platform enhancement projects covering data centers, hubs, Windows/Linux servers, and thousands of components.
• Plan and deploy releases, participate in incident management, and handle high-severity incidents.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Windows Server.
• Good experience with incident management and ITIL processes.
• Ability to discover and learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English level required for sprint reviews and presentations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of MS Exchange Server.
• Knowledge of SQL Server.
