Technical Recruiter

hirify.global is a defense startup developing an autonomous gun turret that uses computer vision and control systems to counter small drones and loitering munitions.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, software, computer vision, mission operations, and technical operations roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand technical requirements, clearance needs, and program timelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical competency, cultural fit, and eligibility for defense-related programs.
• Guide candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Maintain compliant ATS records and support employer branding at recruiting events, career fairs, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of recruiting experience, including experience in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or government contracting.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, and business operations roles.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with defense labor market trends, clearance requirements, ITAR, EAR, and OFCCP compliance.
