Sr. Manager, Services Recruiting

Location: Herndon, VA, United States. U.S. Person status is required, defined as a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee.

Salary: $149,000–$198,000–$217,800 annually for the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Other states may have different geographic market ranges.

What you will do

• Lead recruiting for Government Services programs and manage a reasonable requisition load for complex technical and cleared positions.
• Develop recruiting plans from awarded and funded government contracts, labor categories, staffing plans, and hiring timelines.
• Translate statements of work, customer requirements, clearance needs, and program schedules into candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Capture, Finance, Security, HR, and hiring leaders on workforce planning.
• Recruit engineers, technical professionals, mission operators, and program leaders who meet technical, clearance, citizenship, certification, location, and availability requirements.
• Track staffing risks, contract changes, program mobilizations, recompetes, expansions, and hiring progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search.
• 3+ years managing recruiters, recruiting teams, or multiple recruiting workstreams.
• Experience staffing awarded or funded government contracts or government-funded programs.
• Experience translating contract labor categories, statements of work, clearance requirements, and program timelines into recruiting plans.
• Experience recruiting technical, cleared, or clearance-eligible talent and managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruiting data, staffing plans, and workload reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract awards, mobilizations, recompetes, modifications, option periods, or rapid program expansions.
• Recruiting experience in defense, aerospace, intelligence, space, satellite operations, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, software, or systems engineering.
• Experience with Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, polygraph, military transition programs, SkillBridge, veteran recruiting, or cleared talent networks.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, OFCCP requirements, recruiting agencies, RPO providers, or executive search firms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
