Operational Excellence Manager (Vacuum Technology)

What you will do

• Design and implement service operation frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor a diverse service operations team while fostering continuous improvement and accountability.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to maintain service performance and ensure timely customer issue resolution.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Use market trends and customer feedback to optimize processes, resource allocation, and operational responsiveness.
• Ensure compliance with group policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience managing service operations, preferably in technology-driven or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of operational management frameworks and data analytics tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective internal and external partnerships.
• Experience leading multicultural and inclusive teams.
• Business-level Japanese and English required.
