• Lead and manage delivery of multi-year business-to-business service contracts in financial holdings.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers to identify business needs and expand revenue.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Manage customer governance and financial performance including contract P&L.
• Represent hirify.global activities within specialized practice areas and contribute to sector and solution initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan for onsite work
• Experience in project and/or service delivery management.
• Ability to manage large multi-year contracts and govern business-to-business relationships.
• Strong knowledge of business controls and cost accounting.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree and certifications such as Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL preferred.
